About Alicia Frink

Alicia Frink is an Advanced Practice Esthetician at Cascade Medspa & Laser Centre in Baxter, Minnesota.

Alicia began her esthetics education at Minnesota State Community and Technical College in Wadena in the beginning of 2024. She quickly discovered a passion for skincare and wanted to keep learning more, which inspired her to continue directly into the Advanced Practice Esthetics program. She graduated in December 2024 with her Advanced Practice Esthetician license.

Alicia brings over 2 1/2yrs of hands-on experience, with over a year working in a professional spa setting seeing clients.

She believes that every treatment starts with listening. By taking the time to get to know each client and understand their unique skin concerns and goals, she creates personalized plan while educating clients throughout the journey. Her goal is for every client to leave feeling comfortable, and confident in their skin.

Her favorite services to perform include the Geneo Glo2 Facial and needling because of the results they can provide while helping clients achieve healthier, more radiant skin.

Born and raised in the Brainerd Lakes area, Alicia is proud to serve the community she calls home. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors, and loves animals.

Alicia is excited to welcome both new and returning clients to Cascade Medspa & Laser Centre and looks forward to helping them achieve their skincare goals.
