My first needling experience! Each step was explained. Not painful at all with the numbing cream. Sounds like a bumble bee. My face felt sunburned and slightly swollen which was expected. Cool compresses were suggested and felt great. By morning back to normal with fewer wrinkles! Love it!

I’ve been seeing Maggie Dirksen for treatments for rosacea and I think the result has been remarkable. Maggie is so reassuring if you are new to these type of procedures. She explains everything she’s going to do, how it works and the correct aftercare. She also encourages a person to have reasonable expectations, especially the first time. I think her skill level allows her to determine what’s right for any particular skin. I would never be concerned at all having her as your aesthetician. My rosacea is far better now after seeing Maggie twice than it ever was after 20 years of trips to a dermatologist and medication. Everyone at Cascade has been so friendly I look forward to my visits. You won’t regret it.

I recently had a Micro Laser Peel with Jenna. She customized the treatment specifically for the areas on my face that needed the most attention. She focused on my entire face, but specifically on my chin and upper lip and cheek area where I had some scaring from adult acne. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing any type of treatment.
